Epcot

Today we decided to start our WDW vacation as we always do: with Epcot. When we got to the park within an hour of opening, we made our way to get a FastPass for Soarin' and then headed to Test Track. We had never ridden Test Track and I really wanted us to be sure to get to this time. It was great! We had time for some other exploring, including hitting Club Cool so the kids could try the Beverly (yuck) and the Kinley (yum) again.

In Innoventions, a super cast member taught the kids about putting together an emergency kit and made putting the items back up a game...they could only move the items with their elbows.

We also all saw Captain Eo and, despite being terribly dated (it was made in 1986), enjoyed it. Michael Jackson dancing...oh, yes...always fun. We spent some time in World Showcase letting the kids play the Kim Possible game (I could live without ever doing that again, not going to lie) and then we headed back to the resort to catch the daily ice cream sundae party. The kids also got some amazing balloon animals by Patrick (apparently a champion balloon twister).

We went back to Epcot to ride Test Track again and also went on the much improved from last time we rode Spaceship Earth. At the end, they had these funny images they created of us up on the big screens.

Time really got away from us and before we even knew it, it was time for Illuminations. We just made it to Mexico before the show started. We didn't have a great vantage point, but we made it out the park quickly and the kids, especially Lizzie, really enjoyed the show.
