Fly the teacher
Steve got the opportunity to take a airplane ride along with the Civil Air Patrol as part of a "Fly the Teacher" program. On yet another overcast Saturday, he went to Bessemer Airport and then flew to Shelby County Airport, where we met him during his layover.
Then, he was back in the air again...with a desire to learn how to fly himself.
